Klein D’Aria homes being snapped up
CONSTRUCTION of 22 luxury homes in a new Durbanville estate – Klein D’Aria private residential estate – has begun, only five properties are still available.
The estate, located in the Durbanville Wine Valley, has been launched by Devmark Property Group in a joint venture with D’Aria Vineyards, and will offer “a quality, luxury product in a well-established and upmarket area”, says Devmark Construction managing director Erik Steyl.
Two of the five properties still available lie adjacent to the Majik Forest and offer spectacular views.
“The five plots still up for grabs vary in size between 500m² and 742m². On the two larger properties, clients can choose from three different house plans, ranging from a comfortable 300m² to a spacious 466m². On the 500m² and 529m² plots, buyers have the choice of two design options: one of 358m² and the other 402m². Prices start at R7.6 million for these luxury homes.”
Francois Louw, of Louw & Coetzee Properties, sole agents for the development, believes that homes in Klein D’Aria are selling well because of its unique location.
“The estate is situated on the renowned D’Aria wine farm, adjacent to the equally well-known Majik Forest.
“It offers 24-hour security, access to cycling and jogging trails on the wine farm, and easy routes to shopping centres as well as schools.
“These homes come with high quality brands such as Smeg, Hansgrohe, Gerberit, Easy Life Kitchens and Aspen Flooring, to name a few.”
He adds a the price is competitive and properties will offer excellent capital growth.
