The Topaz is first gem in new estate
A LUXURIOUS development in Cravenby Estate, just off the N2 highway in the northern suburbs, was launched this month by Asrin Property Developers.
The development is sited directly opposite Avonwood Square shopping centre and is centrally located.
The Topaz, phase one of Gemstone Estate, will have 42 units consisting of two bedroom, one bathroom apartments in three-storey walk-ups.
Prices range from R689 000, including VAT and transfer fees. The apartments will range in size from 47m2 to 56m2.

The Topaz will have electric fencing, laundry drying yards, a refuse room and paved and landscaped public open areas.
There will be a guardhouse and access control at the entrance. One parking bay per unit is included in the price.
