Salt River, which represents an investment opportunity, will be brought to auction on August 29 by Rawson Auctions Western Cape, says franchisee Tanya Jovanovski.

The property, which Jovanovski describes as “a renovator’s dream”, is situated on Salt River Road and has an open-plan lounge/dining area, a kitchen and bathroom.

If renovated, the property could serve as the new owner’s home or be rented out as residential accommodation or converted into business premises, she says.

The reserve price is R1.5 million, but all offers will be reviewed.
