The property is situated in the Pearl Valley Estate in the beautiful Berg River Valley, between Paarl and Franschhoek, says Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape, which will auction the home.
Pearl Valley was named the top-ranking residential estate in South Africa in 2015, she says.
