Bid for farm home with modern interiors

-

A TWO-bedroom home set on a one hectare farm, which offers views of fruit trees, sprawling landscapes with endemic flora and a mountain backdrop, will be brought to auction on April 24.

Known as Cape Farms, the property is in Morning Star, just off the N7 highway, says Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape.

The house on the site has all the modern conveniences and, in addition to two bedrooms with built-in cupboards, offers one bathroom and a guest toilet, a fitted kitchen, and an open-plan dining room and lounge which looks out over vacant land and more than 30 fruit tree varieties.

“The interior is modern and stylish, with exquisite finishes, and a flow of natural light filters throughout the property. There is great potential for agricultural development on the extensive, fertile lands surrounding the dwelling.”

She says the property comes with approved plans for a second dwelling measuring 426m², as well as refuse removal, quick slab approval and a solar-compliant geyser.

The property will be auctioned at noon on April 24 at the Rawson Property Group’s head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.

Offers should be submitted on Rawson Auctions’ Offer to Purchase form, a copy of which can be obtained by contacting the auctions team on auctions. info@rawson.co.za or 0218371700. Bids can be delivered to the Rawson Property Group’s Rondebosch head office.
