WHAT TO COOK?
Use 350 g garlic baby potatoes instead of the bigger bag and cook the green beans and tomatoes as needed.
Use leftover potatoes as a side for tomorrow night’s dinner or crush in a baking tray, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and add a few capers with some caper brine and roast until crunchy for a totally new meal. Delicious with fish and the leftover green beans.
