Sticky wings

45 ml (3 T) olive

oil juice of 1 lemon 30-45 ml (2-3 T)

Sriracha sauce 2-3 gar­lic cloves,

crushed 16 chicken wings

1 Mix the oil, lemon juice, Sriracha sauce and gar­lic and rub over the wings.

2 Braai over mod­er­ate coals un­til done and browned.

TIP Re­place the Sriracha sauce with sweet chilli sauce and a lit­tle pa­prika for a milder taste.
