HERB RUB
45 ml (3 T) chopped fresh sage 45 ml (3 T) chopped fresh thyme 45 ml (3 T) chopped fresh oregano 60 ml (¼ c) olive oil salt and pepper
STEAK
700-800 g rump
1 Herb rub Mix the ingredients.
2 Steak Rub the herb mixture all over the meat. Marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge. 3 Braai over medium-hot coals for 30-40 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes and serve. FRITZ AND HENTIE (AS SEEN ON KOM ONS BRAAI EPISODE 13 ON VIA)
