Rib-eye steaks with coffee rub

It’s America’s top choice of cut and is fast becoming a favourite with South African steak-eaters. Rib-eye is cut from prime rib and is a thick, roundish steak with nice marbling, which makes it tasty and tender. You can buy it with the bone in or deboned, as steaks or whole cuts. If you leave it on the bone, the steak has more flavour, as T-bone fans know. Many are in fact switching from T-bone to rib-eye for its delicious beefy taste.
