Chi­nese wings

15 ml (1 T) mus­tard

pow­der

2 ml (½ t) smoked

pa­prika (or less)

2 ml (½ t) gar­lic flakes

and onion flakes salt and pep­per

30 ml (2 T) soy sauce 45 ml (3 T) honey 12 chicken wings, made into lol­lipops (see vari­a­tions box, far left)

1 Mix all the in­gre­di­ents ex­cept the wings.

2 Brush sauce over the wings and braai over mod­er­ate coals. Be care­ful – the sauce burns eas­ily.
