Chinese wings

15 ml (1 T) mustard

powder

2 ml (½ t) smoked

paprika (or less)

2 ml (½ t) garlic flakes

and onion flakes salt and pepper

30 ml (2 T) soy sauce 45 ml (3 T) honey 12 chicken wings, made into lollipops (see variations box, far left)

1 Mix all the ingredient­s except the wings.

2 Brush sauce over the wings and braai over moderate coals. Be careful – the sauce burns easily.
