Easy choco­late mousse

12 choco­late squares,

grated

6 sugar cones with choco­late

ends

6 marsh­mal­lows, quar­tered 50 g mixed nuts, roughly

chopped

6 choco­late blocks, roughly

chopped ice cream to serve

Di­vide a sheet of foil into six squares, each large enough to wrap a sugar cone. Grease the foil with non­stick spray.

1 Di­vide the grated choco­late among the cones, fol­lowed by the marsh­mal­lows, nuts and chopped choco­late. Wrap each cone in a square of foil.
