Easy chocolate mousse
12 chocolate squares,
grated
6 sugar cones with chocolate
ends
6 marshmallows, quartered 50 g mixed nuts, roughly
chopped
6 chocolate blocks, roughly
chopped ice cream to serve
Divide a sheet of foil into six squares, each large enough to wrap a sugar cone. Grease the foil with nonstick spray.
1 Divide the grated chocolate among the cones, followed by the marshmallows, nuts and chopped chocolate. Wrap each cone in a square of foil.
