Open tomato tartlets

1 roll (400 g) puff pas­try

2-3 large toma­toes, sliced

15 ml (1 T) bal­samic re­duc­tion salt and freshly ground pep­per

2 rounds feta cheese, coarsely crum­bled 10 g fresh basil, coarsely chopped

Grease a clean fold­ing grid with non­stick spray.

1 Cut the pas­try into 10 cm rounds. Ar­range on the cold grid and top each with a tomato slice. Driz­zle bal­samic re­duc­tion over. Sea­son with salt and pep­per. 2 Close the braai grid and braai over mod­er­ate coals for 15-20 min­utes or un­til golden brown and done.

3 Re­move the tartlets from the grid and sprin­kle the feta cheese over. Gar­nish with basil.
