Chocolate fondue
WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
3 slabs (100 g each)
white chocolate 150 ml Amarula
Cream liqueur CHILLI CHOCOLATE SAUCE
3 slabs (100 g each)
chilli chocolate
100 ml cream
FRUIT
500 g strawberries 6 kiwi fruits, cut
into chunks
4-6 bananas, cut
into chunks
300 g fresh cherries 1 Sauces Melt the ingredients for each sauce in a separate cast-iron pot over low coals. See tip below left for reheating and keeping the sauces warm.
2 Fruit Arrange the fruit on a platter. Push kebab skewers into the pieces.
3 Pour the two chocolate sauces into bowls or fondue pots. Dip the fruit into the sauces.
