CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

30 ml (2 T) white
wine vinegar
60 ml (¼ c) oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed 45 ml (3 T) chopped
flat-leaf parsley 5 ml (1 t) chopped fresh
oregano
5 ml (1 t) paprika
1 green chilli, seeded
and chopped
1 Process all the ingredients in a food processor until fine. 2 Carve the steak into thin strips, if preferred. Spoon the sauce over.
