Why do you love braaiing?

We love food and we love to talk. There’s no better place to do all these activities other than at a braai.

What is your braai must-have and what makes it so special? Homemade potato salad is a must-have. I would say pap, but only if the chakalaka didn’t keep running out! I also love lamb on the braai. It cooks quickly. It’s not too soft like fish and it’s also not too hard like a piece of steak.
