30 ml (2 T) rice wine vine­gar

30 ml (2 T) honey 60 ml (¼ c) soy sauce 15 ml (1 T) sesame oil 2 cm piece of fresh gin­ger, grated 2 cloves gar­lic, crushed

5 ml (1 t) Chi­nese five-spice pow­der Mix all the in­gre­di­ents. Store in the fridge.
