MAKES ABOUT 125 ml (½ c)
30 ml (2 T) rice wine vinegar
30 ml (2 T) honey 60 ml (¼ c) soy sauce 15 ml (1 T) sesame oil 2 cm piece of fresh ginger, grated 2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 ml (1 t) Chinese five-spice powder Mix all the ingredients. Store in the fridge.
