MAKES ABOUT 250 ml (1 c)
125 ml (½ c) oil
60 ml (¼ c) lemon juice grated zest of 1 lemon
125 ml (½ c) chopped parsley 45 ml (3 T) chopped oregano and/or thyme
10 ml (2 t) chopped rosemary large handful of chives, chopped 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Mix all the ingredients. Store in the fridge.
