250 ml (1 c) plain yo­ghurt 2 cloves gar­lic, bruised

5 ml (1 t) each ground cumin and ground co­rian­der

2 ml (½ t) ground car­damom

(op­tional)

2 ml (½ t) ground gin­ger

45 ml (3 T) each fresh mint and fresh co­rian­der, chopped

Mix all the in­gre­di­ents. Store in the fridge.
