YOGHURT AND SPICES

MAKES ABOUT 250 ml (1 c)
250 ml (1 c) plain yoghurt 2 cloves garlic, bruised
5 ml (1 t) each ground cumin and ground coriander
2 ml (½ t) ground cardamom
(optional)
2 ml (½ t) ground ginger
45 ml (3 T) each fresh mint and fresh coriander, chopped
Mix all the ingredients. Store in the fridge.
