VARIATION
SRIRACHA WINGS 45 ml (3 T) olive oil juice of 1 lemon 30-45 ml (2-3 T)
Sriracha sauce 2-3 garlic cloves,
crushed 16 chicken wings
1 Mix the oil, juice, sauce and garlic and rub over the wings. 2 Braai over moderate coals until done and browned, about 15 minutes.
TIP Replace the Sriracha sauce with sweet chilli sauce and a little paprika for a milder taste.
