BRAAI RUBS
Try these great recipes to give your braai extra flavour
Usethissimple yet tasty rub on a leg of lamb or pork or on a whole chicken.
10 ml (2 t) paprika
15 ml (1 T) brown sugar
5 ml (1 t) ground cumin
5 ml (1 t) mustard powder
10 ml (2 t) freshly ground black pepper
5 ml (1 t) garlic salt
Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container.
