10 ml (2 t) smoked paprika 60 ml (¼ c) brown sugar 15 ml (1 T) instant coffee

HORSERADISH SAUCE
180 ml (¾ c) sour cream 30 ml (2 T) ready-made
horseradish sauce
10 ml (2 t) Dijon mustard 10 ml (2 t) Worcestershire
sauce handful of fresh parsley,
chopped chips to serve
