Spicy chicken wings

500 g chicken wings MARI­NADE 250ml(1c)hot­wa­ter 200 ml chut­ney

100 ml Worces­ter­shire sauce

45 ml (3 T) tomato

sauce

20 ml (4 t) oil

15 ml (1 T) pre­pared

mus­tard

2 sa­chets (79 g)

crushed chill­ies salt

50 ml white vine­gar steak and chops spice

1 Put the chicken wings in a glass dish.

2 Mari­nade Mix the in­gre­di­ents and rub over the chicken wings. Mar­i­nate for 1 hour.

3 Place the wings in a fold­ing braai grid. Braai over mod­er­ate coals, brush­ing of­ten with the mari­nade and turn­ing the grid un­til the wings are cooked.
