30 ml (2 T) lemon juice
30 ml (2 T) soya sauce
5 ml (1 t) honey
4 garlic cloves, crushed
10 ml (2 t) chopped fresh ginger
60 ml (¼ c) butter, melted salt and freshly ground black pepper
