Dark chocolate and orange fondue
SAUCE
180 ml (¾ c) cream
100 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces grated zest and juice of 2 oranges
TO SERVE orange segments or Madeira cake for
dipping
1 Sauce Gently melt all the ingredients in a saucepan over the fire.
2 To serve Thread orange segments or pieces of cake on skewers and dip in the sauce.
