Amarula chocolate fondue

3 slabs (100 g each)

white chocolate 150 ml Amarula

Cream liqueur FRUIT

500 g strawberri­es 6 kiwi fruits, cut

into chunks

4-6 bananas, cut

into chunks

300 g fresh cherries

CHILLI CHOCOLATE

3 slabs (100 g each)

100 ml cream

FRUIT

500 g strawberri­es 6 kiwi fruits, cut

into chunks

4-6 bananas, cut

into chunks

300 g fresh cherries

METHOD FOR BOTH SAUCES

1 Melt the ingredient­s for each sauce in a separate cast-iron pot over low coals.

2 Fruit Push kebab skewers into the fruit.

3 Pour the two chocolate sauces into bowls or fondue pots. Dip the fruit into the sauces.
