3 slabs (100 g each)

white choco­late 150 ml Amarula

Cream liqueur FRUIT

500 g straw­ber­ries 6 kiwi fruits, cut

into chunks

4-6 ba­nanas, cut

into chunks

300 g fresh cher­ries

CHILLI CHOCO­LATE

3 slabs (100 g each)

100 ml cream

METHOD FOR BOTH SAUCES

1 Melt the in­gre­di­ents for each sauce in a separate cast-iron pot over low coals.

2 Fruit Push ke­bab skew­ers into the fruit.

3 Pour the two choco­late sauces into bowls or fon­due pots. Dip the fruit into the sauces.
