Spiced cauliflower

Cauliflower is the ideal side dish for those wanting to avoid carbs.
1 whole cauliflower salt
5 ml (1 t) whole cumin seeds pinch of ground cinnamon
and ground coriander 30 ml (1 T) sesame seeds oil
125 ml (½ c) coarse
fresh breadcrumbs 60 ml (¼ c) grated
Parmesan cheese finely chopped parsley
to garnish
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
1 Season the cauliflower well with salt. Mix the spices and sesame seeds with enough oil to form a paste and spread over the cauliflower.
2 Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese and roll the cauliflower in the mixture.
3 Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until just done, about 40 minutes, and the breadcrumbs are crispy and browned. Sprinkle the fresh parsley over. Cut into steaks and serve.
Over the coals Prepare as described, grease a large sheet of aluminium foil with oil and wrap the cauliflower in it. Place among coals and cook until done.
