Garlic prawns

SERVES 4-6 Preparatio­n 20-30 min Marinating

1 hour Cooking 5-8 min

125 ml (½ c) olive

oil

15 ml (1 T) Dijon

mustard

4 garlic cloves,

coarsely chopped juice of 1 lemon juice of 1 orange 5 ml (1 t) dried basil 30 ml (2 T) white

wine (optional) 30 prawns, cleaned

1 Mix all the ingredient­s except the prawns in a glass bowl.

2 Add the prawns, ensuring they’re completely covered in the marinade.

3 Marinate for about 1 hour.

4 Pack the prawns in a folding braai grid and braai over medium-hot coals for 5-8 minutes until pink and done.
