Why do you love braai­ing?

It re­minds me of fam­ily. Ev­ery fam­ily event grow­ing up was around a braai, from chris­ten­ings to birth­days, even my grad­u­a­tion. I love the so­cial as­pect of be­ing around a braai. What is your must-have at a braai? Bil­tong, feta, tomato and mush­room pap tart. I love mak­ing a pap dish to serve with a braai. The pap tart is such a dif­fer­ent take on the tra­di­tional way of serv­ing pap at a braai. It also looks great when it comes out of the oven!
