New bum, new boobs plus a whole lot more – Anna Craft is a living model for her plastic surgeon husband’s work

- Compiled by SANDY COOK

SHE’S had a boob job, liposuction, bum lifts, bodycontouring surgery, waist and abdominal sculpting, botox and cheek and lip fillers. Extravagant maybe, but not all that unusual, you may be thinking – countless women go under the knife in an effort to keep the signs of ageing at bay if they can afford it.

But what makes Anna Craft (43) of Miami, Florida, different is that she’s a living, breathing advertisement for her husband’s business. Plastic surgeon Phillip Craft (47) runs his own practice and has been redefining his wife’s body for years.

Anna initially snubbed his offer to give her a nip and a tuck but after the birth of their two sons, Aston (13) and Phillip Jnr (11), she changed her mind.

“Phillip loves redesigning his sports cars, our furniture and, most of all, me,” Anna says. “After having two kids, I decided to let him fine-tune me.

“He’s enhanced my breasts, sculpted my waist and injected fillers in my face. He even sculpted my abdomen to look like a proper six-pack instead of just a one-pack!”

Phillip adds, “I always say to patients, ‘If you want to know how good a surgeon I am, look at my wife.’ Anna’s as close to perfection as possible.

“I think she’s even more beautiful now than when I met her at the age of 22.”

IT WAS love at first sight for Phillip, who first spotted Anna in the gift shop of the hospital where he was studying medicine in 1995. “She’d bent over to pick up a card she’d dropped. I saw her beautiful legs and, from that moment, I knew I’d be hooked for life.” They married soon after and Phillip opened his cosmetic surgery practice in Miami after qualifying. The practice was successful but Anna showed little interest in her husband’s craft – until she became a mom in 2003.

“After my first child I felt my figure wasn’t the same. I was helping Phillip out at work and I’d see all these gorgeous FAR LEFT: Anna met Phillip Craft when she was 22. ABOVE and LEFT: After two kids, Anna let Phillip sculpt her into his living advert.

“That’s when I thought, ‘Why not?’ I wanted to feel better about myself, plus I knew Phillip would love to have a go at redesigning me.”

But it was only after the birth of her second child in 2005 that Anna (then 32) let Phillip operate on her. Her first procedure was a breast augmentation.

“During her pregnancies, Anna lost 30 to 40 percent of her breast volume,” Phillip says. “But I got her a brilliant new set.”

Anna was blown away by the results and soon she was asking for more.

“I did some liposuction on Anna’s waist and contoured her waistline to make it much deeper. Now when she wears her small bikinis everyone stops to look at her curves,” he says proudly.

“I’ve made her buttocks better, too. After pregnancy, Mother Nature made everything go south so I plumped her posterior. Most importantly, I gave Anna her mojo back.”

Anna also started having facial injections to complete her makeover. “I’d never say no to more surgery – it’s just like getting braces or having your hair done. If it makes you feel better and enhances your beauty, you should go for it.

“Plastic surgery is a beautiful thing,” Anna adds, “and I love having Phillip work his magic on me. I’m so proud to be called his designer wife.”
