IT’S THAT time of year when the people at Forbes – the global media company that examines matters bigbucks related – delve into the dollars raked in by the world’s entertainers and release a list to make us all green with envy.

The Celebrity 100 List is touted as “a definitive global index of who’s making what in the business of entertainment”.

It’s not just music moguls and sports aces who cashed in: even a couple of authors and a radio-show host are in the top 10 – and not a Kardashian in sight.
