After George W Bush left office he took up painting, while Bill Clinton decamped to New York to launch his foundation and support his wife’s political career. Now everyone is wondering what Barack will do next – at 55 he’s way too young to retire. And it seems that while enjoying his extended holiday he’s been coming up with some ambitious plans
