Thieves broke into pop diva MARIAH CAREY’s Los Angeles home recently and stole handbags and sunglasses worth $50 000 (R675 000). The burglars gained access around 3am through a window on the top floor and tripped a silent alarm, but the 47-yearold singer’s security team didn’t notice until hours later.

HARVEY WEINSTEIN (65) has left rehab after only a week. The disgraced movie mogul, who’s been accused by more than 40 women of sexual assault, checked himself out of a sex-addiction programme run by a rehab in the US state of Arizona. Weinstein attended outpatient treatments while staying in a hotel. He’s set to stay there for another month as he “wants to continue working with his doctors”, TMZ website reports. Asked if he’d made progress, a doctor said, “Time will tell.”

Rumour has it US model BELLA HADID is secretly dating Canadian rapper Drake (30). Tongues started wagging after he threw her a lavish 21st birthday bash in New York recently. Since then “Bella has fallen even harder for Drake”, an insider dished. The two met when Bella was dating Canadian singer The Weeknd (27). The Veep star posted a photo of herself with a drawn-on moustache on Instagram with the caption, “Chemo #2: finito. We’re NOT f**king around here.” She added the lyrics to Katy Perry’s song Roar, “I’ve got the eye of the tiger, the fighter, dancing through the fire ’cos I am a champion and you’re gonna hear me ROAR.” She also thanked people such as Katy for inspiring her.
