WEDDING BELLS FOR WAYDE

He knows what it’s like to break world records and win gold at the Olympics – but clearly none of it compares to marrying the girl of your dreams. “And the most important is love,” champion sprinter WAYDE VAN NIEKERK captioned the picture he posted on Instagram of himself looking adoringly at his bride, CHESNEY CAMPBELL.

The couple, both 25, tied the knot in Wayde’s hometown, Bloemfontein, recently. The athlete looked dapper in a black threepiece suit while Chesney, a sociology lecturer at the University of the Free State, looked stunning in a lace gown with a low back. Fellow athletes Caster Semenya and Akani Simbine and rugby player Siya Kolisi were among the guests.
