Justin & Selena: we’re just friends, honest!

Are we seeing the return of Jelena? JUSTIN BIEBER (23) and a newly single SELENA GOMEZ (25) have set tongues wagging after being seen together several times recently.

The pair, who dated between 2011 and 2014, have been hanging out at each other’s homes, grabbed breakfast at a café and attended a church service together.

The official explanation is that they’re just reconnecting as friends after Selena’s kidney transplant a few months ago – but now that Selena and The Weeknd (27) have called off their 10-month romance it does raise the prospect of a reunion.

According to an insider the Sorry hitmaker has been great to the songbird since her surgery “and they’re on good terms right now”.

They made headlines last year when they had an Instagram spat over Justin’s girlfriend at the time, model Sofia Richie (19), which led to Justin deactivating his account for six months.

Mmm, lingering feelings?

Could the on-again-offagain pair be heading for reconciliation? Selena and The Weeknd called it quits after dating since January. The brunette beauty seemed relaxed as she hung out with Justin. Wonder if Selena was on the phone with The Weeknd.
