PEACH AND OATMEAL BOWL

Smoothie: Peel 6 bananas, slice and freeze overnight. Put the bananas in the bowl of a food processor, add 4 peaches (peeled, pitted and cubed) and 1 mango (peeled, pitted and cubed) and pulse until smooth. Add 60ml (¼c) raw oatmeal, 125ml (½c) coconut milk and 5ml (1t) lemon juice and pulse until smooth. To serve: Spoon into four deep bowls. Sprinkle raw oatmeal, poppy seeds and a few raw pistachios over. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve immediatel­y.
