PERFECT APPLICATION

The shape of your face determines where you should apply your blush.

HEART

This face shape has a wide forehead and pointy chin. Apply blush to your cheekbones to take emphasis away from your chin, and a little above your brows to make your forehead seem narrower.

OVAL

Someone with an oval-shaped face has a forehead that’s wider than the chin area. Apply a highlighting blush on your cheekbones and a darker contour in the hollows of your cheek.

OBLONG

This kind of face is shaped like a vertical rectangle. To make the face seem shorter, apply blush to the apples of your cheeks and a little on either side of your forehead.

SQUARE

A square-shaped face has rigid lines. You can use blush to soften these lines by applying it to your cheekbones and towards the apples of your cheeks, as well as a little on either side of your forehead.

ROUND

This face shape has fuller cheeks and fewer obvious lines. Apply a little blush at both ends of your eyebrows and on your cheekbones towards the apples of your cheeks to make the cheeks stand out and to add a bit of depth to the sides of the forehead.
