DANGEROUS MINDS
By JANET EVANOVICH Headline Publishing In this second instalment in the Knight & Moon series, Buddhist monk Wayan Bagus has lost his island. It was about 300km northeast of Samoa and had a mountain, beaches, a rainforest and a volcano. Now it’s vanished without a trace.
He turns to a friend, the extremely rich Emerson Knight, who in turn enlists the help of his cousin Vernon and Riley Moon to help find the island – or, if that’s not possible, the reason it disappeared.
Riley has a Harvard degree and Vernon believes in Bigfoot, while Emerson treats everything as a big joke. Together with Wayan, the peculiar trio embark on a mission that will eventually save the world from destruction.
Along the way they get to know about strange matter. Yes, strange matter.
If you believe in conspiracy theories and Bigfoot and that aliens have landed on Earth, you might just find the plot of Dangerous Minds believable. If not, stay far away.
