Bollywood star IRRFAN KHAN (51), who made waves in Hollywood blockbusters such as Jurassic Park and Life of Pi, has revealed he has a rare tumour. The actor stunned fans when he took to Twitter to reveal he’s been diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour. The disease compromises cells that release hormones into the bloodstream and affects just 35 in 100 000 people. The Slumdog Millionaire star had been scheduled to start work on a Bollywood film but the yet unnamed movie’s director, Vishal Bharadwaj, recently announced production has been postponed due to Irrfan’s illness.
