GETTING IN SHAPE

With the time ticking to the big day, Meghan is ramping up her diet and exercise regimen and is looking ultra-slim these days. These are her favourite workouts:

MEGAFORMER PILATES

Meghan swears by this intense Pilates-like workout, which is done in a Megaformer machine – a rather intimidati­ng contraptio­n designed for a high-intensity, low-impact workout. “It’s hands-down the best thing you could do for your body,” she once said. “Your body changes immediatel­y. Give it two classes and you’ll see a difference.”

GOOD OLD-FASHIONED RUNNING

Meghan has always been a fan of hitting the road – for her wellbeing as well as her bod. “You have to find a workout routine that really speaks to you beyond trying to get goals for your body,” she told American magazine Shape. “So for me, running – I need it as much for clearing my head as I do for keeping in shape.”

YOGA

With a yoga instructor for a mom, Meghan has always sworn on the ancient practice as part of her regime. “I love an intense Vinyasa class,” she told Women’s Health recently. “And even better if it’s blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candleligh­t.”

She used to frequent a hip-hop yoga studio in LA, but in London she’s a regular at a secret spot not far from the palace. According to E! Online, the studio’s even kitted out with special lighting to combat Seasonal Affective Disorder – perfect to help someone from sunny LA acclimatis­e to her chilly new home.

TRACY ANDERSON’S 15-MINUTE WORKOUTS

Meghan has been doing US fitness guru Tracy’s workouts for years. The sessions are short and you can do them anywhere (Meghan used to do them in her trailer while on set), but they’re super-high-intensity.

“I do little 15-minute increments,” she says. “Just find those little bits of time that help, and at the end of the day, you’ve had a full workout!”
