Like her sisters, the reality TV star kept her maternity vibe sexy and glamorous with lots of bodycon dresses, thigh-high boots and long coats, often in nude hues.

Fans went wild for her outfits during a recent trip to Japan. In one outing she showcased her eight-month bump in a bubblegum pink and white minidress worn with a pink fur coat and white sneakers. In another, she rocked a skin-tight metallic blue minidress, and at her baby shower she sizzled yet again in a pink minidress and coat (BOTTOM LEFT).

Having struggled for a long time to fall pregnant, Khloé is clearly proud of her bump – if her Instagram account’s anything to go by. She recently shared a super sexy lingerie shoot in which she poses in just a black bra and panties on a bed with Tristan (BELOW LEFT). A businesswoman through and through, she’s also used her own changing shape to launch a range of maternity jeans called Good Mama, which forms part of her fashion label, Good American.
