Judge gets tough on Angie

IT’S been 20 months since they filed for divorce and the custody battle between BRAD PITT (54) and ANGELINA JOLIE (43) is only intensifying. The latest blow to uber-private Angie is the leaking of court documents outlining a shared custody schedule for Maddox (16), Pax (14), Zahara (13), Shiloh (12) and twins Vivienne and Knox (9).

The By the Sea actress is required to tell their children that the court has determined that not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them, and that they’re safe with their father. The only child to whom the order doesn’t apply is the eldest, Maddox, with whom Brad allegedly had an altercation shortly before the shock split was announced in September 2016. This is because Maddox, who turns 17 in August, is considered of age.

Brad is allowed to see the children for four hours a day while they’re in London, where Angie is filming Maleficent 2. The brood will then travel back to the US to be with the Allied actor in Los Angeles for a week from 21 July.

Brad is then responsible for returning them to their mom in the UK and has to foot their travel bill. He’ll have custody again from 11 August until the estranged couple’s next court hearing on 13 August.

The order also stipulates that Angie may call only once a day when the kids are with Brad and she has to provide him with each child’s cellphone number so he can text or call them without her monitoring the conversations. The court has warned that Angie risks losing primary custody if she fails to comply with the new terms.

Soon after the documents made their way online, a spokesperson for Angie called the leak misleading and deplorable.
