GET OVER IT, HARRY

-

I’ve never been so disappointed in anyone’s behaviour as with Harry’s – his behaviour towards his family and the dishonour he’s shown his country and the country’s security!

He should stop using his mental illness as an excuse and constantly looking for pity. He’s lived a privileged, protected life. We all have issues to deal with. For goodness sake, show some backbone and get on with it. I strongly believe he should be stripped of any titles and money coming from British coffers. CONNIE VAN T, EMAIL

I watched the interview with the UK journalist and there were moments when I felt for him, especially when he talks about his mom. But as for the rest – it’s too much to share. Harry talks about protecting his wife and kids yet he places his whole family in danger by mentioning the 25 Taliban fighters he killed. This is so American, to portray yourself as a hero at the cost of others!

Meghan is the outsider who came in with a plan, using her acting skills to win a prince and live the American dream by destroying Harry and his family while receiving the big bucks!!! VIRGILIA, VANDERBIJLPARK

Harry comes across as a petulant, selfpitying wimp who paints his father and brother in the worst possible light and then says he wants them back! Really? JUTTA D, EMAIL

Harry, stop airing your dirty laundry. We’re tired of hearing about your pathetic problems when the world is in crisis. W, MIDRAND

Unhappy Prince Harry’s revelations are fascinating, if not cringeworthy. But I empathise with him. Losing one’s mother so young was undoubtedly hugely traumatic, as was the aftermath.

But using the international stage for therapy? Surely his issues should have been addressed long ago in private with a psychologist? Throwing his toys out the cot now is tantamount to showing his family the proverbial finger.

What is there to gain from it? Money? Is this vengeance for Princess Diana? To spite Camilla? Is it directed at William? Or payback for perceived racial slights aimed at Meghan? For playing second fiddle as “the spare”? Or a mix of these?

Is his own slate so squeaky clean? Who would he be without the royal connection? And can he live his best life estranged from his family?

By spilling his guts in public, he has fallen prey to the infamous press and followed in the footsteps of his late mother. LAURENCE NEWMAN, EMAIL
