ALBERT’S LOVECHILD OPENS UP TECH TALK
Says he wants to be a global ambassador AI is the word of year
ALEXANDRE GRIMALDI, son of PRINCE ALBERT of Monaco and his former girlfriend, NICOLE COSTE, has discussed his relationship with the royals for the first time. He says he’s seeing his father “a lot more”.
Alexandre also spoke about his aunt and godmother, Princess Stephanie, describing her as funny and down to earth.
“I’m quite close to her. In the past few years, we’ve had dinners and lunches together to celebrate my birthday. She’s been there for me as a godmother and an aunt,” he said.
Albert met Togoborn Nicole in 1997 when she was a flight attendant. They dated on and off for several years before she gave birth to Alexandre in 2003. But it wasn’t until 2005, when she gave a tell-all interview to a French magazine that it became public knowledge that Albert was his father. Shortly afterwards, the prince confirmed it.
Alexandre (20) is not in the line of succession to the Monégasque throne because his parents weren’t married when he was born. He plans to study business in New York and become a global ambassador for Monaco.
“I aspire to work with my dad to bring business opportunities back to Monaco.”
