So that’s bras sorted. Let’s talk post-baby panties. In my experience, there was no way I was up for wearing G-strings again after my pregnancies. They either dug into my tummy and created that lovely muffin top or they dug into the nether regions in a very uncomfortable way – need I say more?

However, G-strings or seamless panties really are a necessity with some clothes. A panty line just doesn’t work when wearing fitted pants or dresses – it ruins your whole look. So the trick is finding a seamless pair that is comfy, and truly seamless.

While money is always a concern, try not to buy on the cheap for your underwear. My advice is to rather have less underwear that you truly feel good in and that you enjoy wearing, than having a drawer full of underwear that doesn’t fit you properly, doesn’t make you look good in your clothes, and isn’t comfortable to wear.
