Eggs and Soldiers
4 eggs Paper crowns to decorate 4 slices of toast butter Marmite (optional) 1 Place the eggs in a saucepan filled with cold water. Make sure the eggs are completely covered. Place the saucepan over high heat and bring the water to a boil. As soon as the water boils, turn off the heat and place a lid on the saucepan. Leave for 5 minutes, then drain off the water.
2 Let the eggs cool slightly, then place each one in an egg cup and decorate with a crown.
3 In the meantime, toast some bread and spread with butter (and a light smear of Marmite if your child likes it). Cut into thin strips and eat with the boiled egg.
