A CAROUSEL of a party

-

Baby Mondè “President” Ndzeku turned one, and Mom Takiira and Dad Vuyo wanted nothing more than to take him to Disneyworld in Paris for a carousel ride. But they opted to bring the carousel home, so Mondè could share the joy ride with friends and family and make memories

THE PARTY WAS HELD at home in Sandton, and the “President” – as Mondè is fondly referred to – hosted 20 guests. Takiira and the birthday boy wore matching tailor-made outfits – royalty style in line with their theme, fit for a president.

The guests were served platters with mini hotdogs, cheeseburgers, chicken rolls, cocktail cheese grillers, meatballs, chicken nuggets, cheese and Vienna sticks, fish bites with tomato dip, as well as sandwiches and juice to drink.

The highlight of the party, of course, was the carousel ride for the kids – however, not even the parents could resist it!

Also available was a jumping castle – after all, what is a party without a jumping castle?

Cake popsicles, custom-made biscuits, carousel cakes and cupcakes were the order of the day. The desert table was filled with mouthwatering servings of jelly cups, Peppermint Crisp tart, ice cream, chocolate, lemon and vanilla cake.
