JUSTINE PENNY

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have been able to keep up my fitness routine. I do 30-45 minutes of modified cardio to keep my metabolism up. I also do 30 minutes prenatal yoga, and always feel great for it!

KATY LUSH-CAMPS

I’m 31 weeks and still going to gym twice a week. I also go to yoga once a week and try swim at least once a week. I find it difficult to get motivated after a day at work, but afterwards I feel more energised and less bloated.
