SECOND TIME AROUND

I had my first child 10 years ago when I was just 21. I managed to finish my studies, even with my growing bump. I was always very proud of that achievement. Being able to finish my degree so I could get a good job was always very important to me. I wanted to be able to provide for my daughter with the education I was so blessed to be provided with by my parents. Ten years down the line, I’ve created a good career, got married, and am now pregnant with my second baby – a little boy. For our family, the 10-year age gap between our children is something we look forward to seeing play out. My eldest can’t wait to be a big sister and help me with the new addition.
