MY MIRACLE BABY

-

Older than 35, multiple laparoscopies, cystectomies, endometriosis and negative comments from people later, I finally gave up on ever becoming a mom. After a “tummy bug” and fatigue that wouldn’t go away, my partner insisted I do a pregnancy test. I did it to get him to stop nagging, and then my whole life changed when I saw those two lines. I’d started believing all the negative things people had said to me. I’m nervous and excited to meet my little baby girl. The sound of her heartbeat makes me so emotional; her constant kicks remind me that I’m carrying destiny, the love of my life. The road hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth it, and I can’t wait to hold my little princess in my arms. I will forever be grateful for the blessings and will forever believe in miracles. LERATO
