Tuna mayo wraps
4 tortilla wraps 1 tin tuna 2 tablespoons mayonnaise ½ tub cottage cheese 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon Tabasco 4 lettuce leaves ¼ red cabbage, shredded 1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks (or coarsely grated) Method 1 In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, lemon juice and Tabasco, then stir in the chives. Place a lettuce leaf on top of each wrap. 2 Divide the tuna mayo between the wraps and spread it onto the leaves. Sprinkle over some red cabbage and cabbage sticks and roll up each wrap. Secure with wax paper and tie with a piece of string.
